Apex Detailing takes reasonable care when providing all detailing services; however, the company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, mechanical or electrical issues, or damage caused by conditions outside of its control. Customers are responsible for informing Apex Detailing of any existing damage or special concerns before service. By booking a service, the customer acknowledges these terms and agrees that Apex Detailing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where prohibited by applicable law.
